Simply review this website and let us know in 100 words or more, what you liked and what you think we can improve.

Send us your review by 5pm Friday 28th June and your organisation will be in the draw.

Send the review to us either:

  • By emailing contact@vslcompliance.com.

  • Replying to an X (formerly Twitter) post related to this prize draw and copying in @vsl_learning.

  • Directly messaging @vsl_learning on X.

Make sure you provide the name of your organisation and follow us on X so you see the results of the draw.

 

The draw will be performed using an online random generator and will take place on Saturday 29th June. Your charity or not-for-profit could win the £1000 prize, paid directly into your organisations bank account.

Terms and Conditions (VSL Learning Ltd) – June 2024

​

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

​

2. The prize draw is being run by VSL Learning Ltd (VSL), 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Company Number 12640195.

​

Eligibility to Enter

​

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and employed within or volunteering for a UK small charity or other not-for profit organisation.

​

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and the UK charity or other not-for profit organisation is eligible to claim any prize that may be won.

​

5. A maximum of one entry per UK small charity or not-for-profit (income < £1Million) is permitted.

​

6. The prize draw is free to enter.

​

How to Enter

​

7. To enter the prize draw the entrant will review our website www.vslcompliance.com and provide us with a short review of the site. The review must be at least 100 words long and cover the following topics:

​

  • What did you like about the site?

  • What could be improved on the site?

​

8. The review can be provided either:

​

  • Through the contacts form on our website www.vslcompliance.com.

  • By emailing contact@vslcompliance.com.

  • Replying to an X (formerly Twitter) post related to this prize draw and copying in @vsl_learning.

  • Directly messaging @vsl_learning on X.

 

On any communication the entrant will ensure that it is clear that this relates to the prize draw.

 

9. VSL will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

10. The draw opens at 09:00 BST, Friday 14th June 2024 and closes at 17:00 BST Friday 28th June 2024. Any entries received after this time/date may not be included in the draw and will be at the discretion of VSL.

 

The Prize

 

11. The prize is £1000 paid directly to the bank account of a winning charity or not-for-profit account, not to that of an individual.

 

12. The winner will be drawn at random using an online random choice generator on Saturday 29th June 2024. This draw will be captured on video and posted on the VSL website.

 

13. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

 

14. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

 

15. The decision of VSL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

Winner Announcement

 

16. The winner will be notified after Saturday 29th June 2024 via contact details provided during entry. VSL will attempt to contact the winner twice.

 

17. If the winner does not respond to contact within 14 days of the second contact they will lose their right to the prize, and VSL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

 

18. The name of the winning charity or not-for-profit may be posted on social media e.g., X or VSL’s website.

 

Receipt of the Prize

 

19. The £1000 prize will be paid into the bank account of the charity or not-for-profit within 1 week of VSL receiving and verifying the winners bank details.

 

Data Protection and Publicity

 

20. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by VSL for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

 

21. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at contact@vslcompliance.com.

 

22. The winning charity or not-for-profit agrees to the release of their name to any other prize draw participants if requested via VSL. Individual personnel names will not be released.

 

23. A website review may be posted by VSL on it’s social media accounts or website with prior agreement of the entrant. The entrants name and position within the charity organisation may also be included with prior agreement of the entrant.

 

24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with VSL’s Privacy Notice.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

25. VSL does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that VSL does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

 

General

 

26. VSL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

 

27. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
